Town of Royalton Building Permit Applications can generally be turned around and permits issued the same day. Insufficient information required to approve the application may cause a delay. The application and supporting information can be mailed to this office with the appropriate fees (see fee schedule & make checks payable to Town of Royalton) Some more complex plans may require a office visit, it is best to call for an appointment before coming to the office. Zoning applications (variances, special permits, etc.) can be mailed to this office with the appropriate fee payable to the Town Of Royalton. The applicant will be mailed a receipt and notified of the hearing date. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00PM. The Planning Board meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.
